Prices
The penthouse is rented for 200 euros per night. In low season for 165 euros per night and in high season for 250 euros per night. Check calendar for nightly rates.
Includes bed, bath and beach linens.
Exclusive:
- Water consumption € 8,10/m3, will be deducted from deposit. Total depends on use of shower/dishwasher/washing machine.
- Electricity consumption €0.45/kWh, will be deducted from the deposit. The final amount depends very much on the use of air conditioning and other appliances, for example.
- 7% local (tourist) tax
- Deposit €500
- Interim cleaning €75 per time, this is mandatory for stays longer than 7 days.
- Mandatory final cleaning €150,-
Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 7 nights.
- Maximum 6 people.
- Check-in from 4 p.m.
- Check-out no later than 10 a.m. (late check-out by arrangement)
- Within 10 days after reservation, 50% must be paid (rent + deposit) to reserve your booking. Remaining amount 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- For cancellation at least 90 days in advance full refund.
- For cancellation at least 30 days in advance 50% refund.
- For cancellations less than 30 days in advance, we will charge the full rental fee, minus deposit, cleaning fee and tourist tax.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer. (cost to payer)
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the penthouse, but it is allowed on the terrace.
- In case of damage or loss of our property, it will be deducted from deposit.
- We cannot be held liable for personal damage, loss and theft during your stay.
